After listening to your inputs and feedback, we decided to revamp some of our features and even add a couple of new ones!
Get ready for an amped up version of Add Brand Overlay, Facebook Insights and an all-new Reports. Here’s some new stuff you can play with right now.
Configurable Analyze Reports
Just when you thought our Compare Reports couldn’t be more awesome, we decided to turbocharge the feature and give you Analyze Reports! These shiny new Reports will give you all the finer details like an in-depth look at user and brand Posts, community analysis and so much more. As always, they are fully configurable and are available in Excel and PowerPoint formats. Find them under Reports in the Analyze tab.
Add Brand Overlay
Adding brands to your groups have never been easier and faster! We made the move to display various social networks as tabs, making it easier to switch between them. Check it out under Your Groups in the Settings tab or under Overview in the Compare and Analyze tabs.
Unlike most movie sequels, when we overhaul a feature, we do right by it (Never forget the abomination that was ‘Caddyshack 2’). Our second cut gives you charts with insights about views on your content, and a detailed breakdown of post engagement, reach and impressions. Find it under Analyze: Facebook Insights.
Say hello to your furry friends in our brand-new ‘Pet Care’ industry. The new custom-built industry has over 300 brands; we’ve had to transfer them from their old industries to this one, but now you’ll be able to benchmark with brands catering exclusively to our four-legged (or winged!) friends. Find ‘Pet Care’ under ‘Your Groups’ in the Settings tab or under Overview in the Compare and Analyze tabs.
We all have a group of fans who like/share our Posts only at a certain time or on particular days of the week. Trace exactly what time and which day your Posts’ engagement peaked with our new Time of the Day/Day of the Week charts for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. Find this in Analyze, in a tab called Timings under Posts.
Take your Pinterest benchmarking to the next level with our Sort function. This lets you organize a brand’s Pins according to Date, Likes, Comments and Repins. Check it out under the Pins & Engagement tab in Analyze.
So what are you waiting for? Sign up for a trial and check out these awesome features.
