We just launched one of our most demanded features – Content Tagging! Unmetric users will now be able to internally tag various pieces of content across Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
Unmetric isn’t just designed by data scientists and industry experts, our product roadmap is largely dictated by client feedback. Over the last few months, we heard a lot of our clients at top brands and agencies tell us one thing: they wanted the ability to create internal notes or annotations within owned and competitor content. This means leaving internal notes to categorize content and put content under buckets that would make sense to the whole team to enable better strategy analysis.
Our team has been burning the midnight oil to deliver this to users, and we’re delighted to announce that we’ve introduced custom content tagging! Using the new feature, users will now be able to search for a set of posts for all brands based on keywords or phrases and conditions and assign tags to the posts. Users will also have the option to automatically add a tag to all posts that meet their defined conditions.
After giving various posts different tags, marketers can compare the performance of posts with different tags to analyze what kind of content is resonating with fans. They can also export those posts, along with the tag and interaction metrics into a report for further analysis.
Users can find the feature within the platform by clicking the + icon on the bottom left of your screen and click ‘Create a Tag.’
You can create two types of Tags:
Manual Tags – this lets you tag content as and when you come across it.
Auto Tags – by enabling this, Xia, our AI will automatically tag content as per your specifications.
This is just the beginning. In the coming weeks, the feature will get a few upgrades to allow performance comparison within the platform. Think this feature will help you strategize better? Log in and start tagging.
Don’t have an Unmetric account but want to check out this feature? Request a demo and our team will help you get started.
