Picture this – you have an urgent meeting and you need to show everyone in the room all the hard work you’ve done to get your brand on the map. Or if you’re in an agency, your client needs to see the returns on the money they’ve invested in your services – a quick report that summarizes efforts and results.
The problem is that a cut and paste report just doesn’t cut it (pun unintended but awesome) anymore. With brands running multiple campaigns and using social media for a range of business objectives, a template report may not capture the key metrics that reflect your efforts effectively. Simply dumping every number and data point into a report also dilutes the learnings from the reports. Under the Reports tab in Compare, click on ‘Configurable Reports’ and voila, you can generate graphs and charts as an Excel workbook or PowerPoint deck. The awesome part is you can structure them to your needs… change the colors, remove a data point, whatever you fancy!
