How To Discover YouTube Videos Getting A Lot Of Buzz In Your Sector

Every once in a while you probably wonder about the latest viral hit that has got industry audiences talking. What if you had a magic 8 ball that could predict the virality of your competitor’s videos as well as your own? Something that told you things were about to get crazy with a YouTube upload just before they do?
On the Unmetric platform, we have a cool feature – it works like a YouTube Virality Prediction device. Here’s how you can check it out –
Step 1. Head Over to “Top 5 Videos”
After switching networks to YouTube, just head over to the Leaderboards Tab on the left side and click on “Top 5 Videos”.
Step 2. Explore Top 5 Videos in the Sector
Here you can check the Top 5 Videos with the highest Video View Growth Rates across all industries and also drill down specifically into the Top Videos in your sector.
Step 3. Make Note of Key Metrics
Once you have gotten this far, take note of key metrics of the top candidates on the leaderboard. A few things that likely will stand out to you include – the date the video was uploaded, the video views in the time period you have selected and the helpful little tag indicating this video is about to go Viral (relative to the sector, of course).
