Benchmarking and Downloadable Reports

Peter Claridge

Check this out, no sooner is the agency platform outside the door then the Unmetric engineers are back in action with new updates to the platform.

Unmetric is the social media benchmarking company, and now the platform is a better reflection of that than ever before. On most tabs across Facebook, YouTube, Twitter and Pinterest, you’ll find a new link called ‘Benchmark this’, which looks a lot like the one shown in the image below.

Benchmark Fan Growth

The ‘Benchmark This’ popup has a bar graph, as you can see in the screenshot below, that compares your brand and your brand’s sector average across all geographies and also within your chosen geography. It also compares your brand’s value for the compared metric with the value of the brand that has the highest Unmetric Score across all geographies and your preferred geography.

You can find the ‘Benchmark This’ popup feature on the Fans and Engagement tab for Facebook. On Twitter you can find this feature on the Followers & Followees tab, Replies tab, Frequency & Timing tab. And the Benchmark this popup is available on the Channel Stats tab and Growth tab for YouTube and Pinterest respectively.

Download Everything

Earlier, we introduced the option to download the graphs and charts, along with the raw data to be used in clients’ reports. However, that apparently wasn’t enough to satiate the hunger people had for downloads and the cry went up, “We want more!”. So here we have it, download pretty much everything, including the kitchen sink.

For Facebook, you can now download both the Admin posts and the Fan posts as seen in the screenshots below. The download includes the text from the post, the date it was posted and the number of Likes, Comments & Shares generated. For the Admin posts, it also includes the engagement score.

On Twitter you can download the tweets from the Replies tab and the Proactive Tweet tab as seen in the screenshots below. The Replies tab includes all the tweets that the brand replied to so you can see what was asked and the answer that was given.
